health curriculum
We are currently working to implement our newly designed health curriculum in various high schools in Rochester to educate students about the facts and misconceptions about HIV and AIDS.
If you have any interest in designing our health curriculum, making connections with local high schools, or directly educating these students yourself, please contact us and we would be happy to have you on our team.

soccer girls rule curriculum
3 Rules
3 Expectations
Expected equipment to bring to every practice and game: reading logs, cleats or sneakers, shin guards, water.
Expected arrival time: 15 minutes before practice and games
Parent expectations: Parents should first and foremost support not only their own child but the other girls as well.
At GR Soccer we attempt to teach not only health education, but set the girls up to be effective, ambitious, and proactive members of society through the leadership, social, and communication skills they learn from being a team player. While coaches can only enforce these ambitions for limited hours throughout the year, we would like parents to also continue to enforce these qualities to help create a better team environment and therefore better city. During practices and games, we encourage parents to cheer, but when parents start to become vocally critical of how to play, the coaches have reserved the right to speak with the parent privately as ask for them to change their behavior to be a more positive influence on the practices/games.
Practices: During the summer league we hold practices once a week. Our practices consist of learning and improving on the basic soccer skills. Below is the list of all the topics we cover throughout the season.
- Listen to your coaches
- Respect your teammates
- Have fun
